Preppy with an edge.

Out of all the clothes in your closet, what makes you feel the most confident?

Dresses and high-waisted jeans, rolled up at the ankles.

Where did you get your sunglasses?

I actually got them at ModCloth.

Who or what inspires your style?

I’m an artist, so I get my inspiration from photography and vintage ’80s, ’70s style.

What do you usually wear on a relaxing day?

Sometimes, like, a comfy dress or a button-down with jeans and flats.

Describe your outfit in a few words.

Edgy and casual.

What do you feel the most comfortable in, out of all your clothes?

Normally, my high-top chucks — my beat-up ones, some shorts, or a skirt and a band tee.

What do you wear to class?

It’s usually the same, but I do attempt to get ready in the morning, because it wakes me up. I like to get dressed up instead of wearing basketball shorts and a T-shirt, even though I would love to do that sometimes.

What do you wear when you’re at home watching Netflix?

I’ll throw on some Soffe shorts, some high socks and a T-shirt.

Who or what is your style inspiration?

I go on Tumblr and look for certain things, and I’ll apply one of those aspects into what I already have.

How would you edge up an outfit for an interview?

The shoes. You still have to dress up professionally for an interview and somewhat [conservatively], but with shoes, you can do more than the regular black flat.

Where are you going dressed like this?

To [Einstein Bros Bagels] for a bagel and IQ [Fresh] for a smoothie.

How would you describe your style?

Ever-changing, it’s never the same.

What is your favorite thing in your closet?

I really enjoy this flannel that I wear all the time, but it’s been too warm lately. It’s this black, white and red flannel that I love around my waist or on my shoulders, tied in front.

Where did you get your hat?

This fair called Folklife back in Seattle. It’s this big fair with music, stores and little shops. This hat was handmade.

What do you usually wear to class?

It changes a lot, but I really enjoy high-waisted shorts that I wear all the time.

What do you feel most comfortable in?

Workout clothes. I love working out so spandex and a loose tank top.
