Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump addresses the audience during a rally at the Phoenix Convention Center on Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will visit Arizona for the sixth time today to speak at the Phoenix Convention Center. Doors open to the event at 12:30 p.m and Trump will begin speaking around 3:30 p.m.

Over the past few days, Arizona received visits from Vermont Sen. Bernie Sander, First Lady Michelle Obama and Donald Trump Jr. This coming week Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton will also appear on stage in Phoenix.

The recent increase in campaign stops in Arizona reflects the extremely close competition for Arizona’s electoral votes this presidential season.

FiveThirtyEight currently gives Trump a 50.5 percent chance of the winning the state with a victory margin of 0.1 percent of the popular vote.

With the election just days away and the race tightening nationally, both presidential candidates will be mobilizing their support and encouraging their supporters to cast ballots Nov. 8.

Trump is expected to attack Clinton on the renewal of an FBI probe into her emails and call his supporters to keep Arizona red.

The Daily Wildcat will be live tweeting the rally and we’re inviting you to join the discussion. You can follow our #TrumpAZ coverage on Twitter @DailyWildcat or using the #TrumpAZ hashtag.
