First Lady Michelle Obama will host an Arizona Democratic Party Early Vote Rally at the Phoenix Convention Center. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. and she is expected to speak at 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.

Michelle Obama is expected to encourage attendees to participate in Arizona’s Early Voting Program, which is already underway and vote for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

She recently spoke in New Hampshire and condemned Donald Trump’s comments on sexual assault, and is expected to again make a full endorsement of Secretary Clinton and lay out what is at stake for the country this election season.

Two days ago when at UA, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders declared Arizona a battleground state this election season. Sanders, Chelsea Clinton and Michelle Obama’s recent visits to Arizona show a push by the Clinton campaign to turn Arizona blue this November.

The Daily Wildcat will be live tweeting the rally and we’re inviting you to join the discussion. You can follow our #FLOTUSinPhx coverage on Twitter @DailyWildcat or using the #FLOTUSinPhx hashtag.
