AG Brnovich sues Regents

Arizona’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Board of Regents, the governing board of Arizona’s three public universities, alleging the regents unconstitutionally and dramatically raised tuition and fees for in-state students over the last 15 years. Read more
