If the freshmen 15 hasn’t caught up to you yet, or if you are trying to watch your weight, you should stay away from deep-fried foods such as funnel cakes (760 calories), Snickers bars (444 calories) and Twinkies (425 calories). 

However, some of those foods are classic carnival foods, so make your Spring Fling day your cheat day so you can fully enjoy everything the fair has to offer.
