My journey in finding motivation for everyday things like school, work or cleaning has been a long one. I have found different ways to stimulate my motivation to complete my tasks but it comes and goes. Go figure that motivation is not a choice because it’s out of our control.

If you’ve used TikTok, you probably know it’s impossible to not get stuck in the trance of swiping up and up until it’s dark outside and you missed eating dinner at a normal time. Many of us have the same experience of missing opportunities and not getting any work done while on TikTok.

Owning a pet is a big responsibility and should not be taken lightly. If you think you have a hectic schedule as is, it will be more occupied with a pet. This isn’t to frighten you, it’s essential to make sure our pets are living their best days beside their owners.

I have always kept a close bond with my three sisters Jasmine, 26, Nicole, 16, and Roxie, 14. I find myself thinking back to when we all lived under the same roof. Before college, before jobs and before growing up. The constant laughs and bickering over stealing each other’s clothes and the mini-arguments seem to have vanished.

Following six consecutive wins, the Arizona volleyball team ended the weekend with a 0-3 loss against Stanford. The Wildcats cleared a .122 hitting percentage while the opposing team hit at .380 percent. The three-set match resulted in scores of 15-25, 18-25, and 16-25.

Arizona volleyball earned a victory over rival ASU on their turf. The team remained focused heading into the first game of Pac-12 play with a .237 hitting percentage. The heated match resulted in five sets with scores of 23-25, 25-16, 25-17, 21-25 and 15-9.

The Arizona volleyball team cleared out their competition at the Wildcat Classic tournament hosted in McKale Center. The team played three winning sets per match, leaving them 6-0 at home. On day one, the team played against UC Riverside Highlanders and San Diego State University Aztecs in the evening. Day two followed up with one match against the Texas Southern University Tigers that kept the Wildcats undefeated at home.

The Arizona soccer team played a strong game and swiftly recovered from last week’s loss (1-2) to bring the heat to the Nebraska Cornhuskers at Mulcahy Soccer Stadium. Arizona’s Jill Aguilera secured the team’s win at the last minute with a shot that went straight through the goalkeeper's legs. Aguilera was assisted by Madison Goerlinger with a final score of 3-2.

On day two of the Arizona Desert State Classic, the Arizona soccer team got the win against California State University, Northridge in Tempe, Arizona. The final score was 3-2 gaining their first road win of the season.

The University of Arizona is preparing for quite the comeback after an odd season of canceled games during the pandemic. The UA crowned Jedd Fisch as its head football coach and is bringing in Arizona football Hall of Famers and coaches with hefty resumes, as well as new faces to take the team to the top of the rank.
