Coaches Corner: Meet the 2018 football coaching staff

Arizona football’s coaching staff has been set since January. When Kevin Sumlin was hired to replace Rich Rodriguez, it was expected there would be a change of culture. Although the successes or failures of the team weigh heaviest on Sumlin, there still needs to be accountability at each level; Arizona’s assistant coaches play as significant a role in shaping the young men and defining the narrative of the program. Arizona volleyball a 'much improved team' in 2018

 Arizona volleyball opens its season in Sacramento, California in the Hornet Invitational where the ‘Cats will take on California State University, Northridge; Utah State and Sacramento State from Aug. 24 - 25. The ‘Cats will then return home the following weekend to take on Lipscomb, San Diego State and Pacific universities for the Cactus Classic in McKale Center Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.  Read more

Commentary: Energy made all the difference in Arizona's loss to Albany

The ‘Cats were flying around the field from the first whistle. In the first few moments of the match, the ‘Cats had several good scoring opportunities. They were putting pressure on the ball in their attacking third and in the middle third of the pitch, which was creating turnovers.
