The University of Arizona Wildcat hockey team won Western Collegiate Hockey League Conference Championships in the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 seasons because of that mentality, but the team’s offense has been continually driven by two highly skilled forwards, Anthony Cusanelli and Bayley Marshall. Wildcats shutout, learn valuable lessons in tough contest

For just over 40 minutes it was a scoreless tie – a goaltender’s dream. Both goalies were solid. University of Central Oklahoma’s Alex Henry would get the shutout and Austin Wilson, despite taking the loss, posted a .946 save percentage with 35 saves on 37 shots. Read more

Because of the risk of the game slipping into collar-grabbing after the whistle, sticking to a speed game and avoiding getting stuck in the defensive zone for too long is of utmost importance for both teams. Arizona Coyotes slip to the Anaheim Ducks

The Ducks played to their strengths, speed and grit. The Coyotes came out of the doors fast and hard, equalling the play of Anaheim, but the tables were soon turned as the Ducks pressured in both their offensive and defensive zones. By being hard on the puck and clogging up passing lanes, Anaheim dominated play throughout the game. Read more

Arizona Coyotes come to town for NHL game

The Coyotes are coming off a forgettable season as they finished sixth in their division, only one point ahead of the Vancouver Canucks. Meanwhile, the Ducks finished at the top of the same division and made it all the way to the Western Conference Finals before injuries and bad luck caught up with them and they lost to the Nashville Predators in six games.
